Terms and Conditions
All fees quoted exclude the following:
- Planning application fees
- Pre-application fees and meeting fees
- Other professional fees
- We have made no allowance in our fee for any work associated with preparing for or attending any planning appeal in connection with projects.
Additional Fee Information
- Fees quoted are exclusive of expenses and VAT which will be added to our invoices at the prevailing rate. Quotations are valid for 8 weeks from the date of issue, after which we reserve the right to amend our fee.
- Any additional services requested by a client or work over and above the quoted fee shall be charged on the basis of a lump sum, agreed in advance with the client. We would not undertake any work for which additional fees would be payable without the client’s written agreement in advance.
Expenses and Disbursements
- Should site visits/inspections or meetings be requested by a client, mileage will be charged at a rate of 55p per mile (plus VAT), calculated from our office to the destination and return. Similarly, any additional public transport expenses would be passed on at cost.
- All documents and reports will be issued via email as PDF files to save on paper and client expense. Paper copies (if required) will only be issued on client instruction and will be charged at standard printing charges.
- All other costs incurred by us in undertaking work will be passed onto the client as a disbursement.
